I can cean this place in 45 minutes, once I figure out how to cean.
An indoor stream and small pond that’s connected to an outside stream (i.e. not just a recirculating thing). With whatever fish, etc make their way through the house.
And the occasional snapping turtle. 
If the Clampetts had thought of that they would have had a real cement pond.
