I accomplished a lot today, including washing Gordie’s towels. And the pot roast has been cooked and put in the fridge (neither of us was hungry enough to have any at this point, but it reheats quite well). We should be able to easily scrape up dinners for the week at this point. ---

**Happy birthday, Miss\_Owl** **shoe** must have been channeling you yesterday as mashed potatoes and gravy featured in last night’s dinner! It was definitely the kind of day for a bit of comfort food. **Nut** sorry to hear about the aunt’s diagnosis. I hope the husband will be persuaded that life as a lump is no longer in his future (or his present). It’s Moanday, I’m waiting for one of you good people to start an MMP, I did one recently and don’t want to be hogging the limelight with my sparkling gems of wit and humour… Someone on my farcebook friends list has been sending me stuff about pokerstar mega bonus association.
