I see them in most convenience stores I go to. Oddly, corn nuts and raisins mixed together make a decent breakfast cereal. ---

I like the ‘con limon’ flavor or whatever it is. Haven’t bought any in over a year but I’m pretty sure 7/11 carries them. I usually buy them when I’m taking a long road trip. A joke among my friends is whenever someone takes their shoes off someone will ask, “is someone eating corn nuts? Oh, you just took your shoes off.” ---

Also, I believe that the guys who wrote the Corn Nuts jingle were also responsible for Slim Jim’s “Eat Me” commercial in the late 90s. ---

We buy off brand corn nuts in bulk at our local grocery. They taste better than the original (which is hard, as i LOVE me some cornnuts) and they don’t have the smell. ---

There was ONE bag of Corn Nuts at the 7-11 nearest to my house. It was Ranch. I did not buy them. ---

There were girls in my high school in the late 80’s that ate these abominations all day long. The smell and crunching was horrible. They weren’t the most popular girls, oddly! 🙂 ---

I knew it! I totally remembered that jingle. My art teacher in high school was so repulsed by the smell of them that if anyone opened a bag in the room, he’d make the kid sit outside the door, and we’d have to air out the whole room. ---

There are CornNuts in the vending machine in the break room here. I bought a bag (Chili con Limon) today in honor of this thread. They weren’t as hard as I remember them being, but damn they were good! I’m going to have to pick up some more.
