# Whatever happened to Fay Wray?

She was fantastic in **The Mystery of the Wax Museum.** My Mom saw that in the theater at age 9 and it gave her nightmares for years (the climatic scene where Fay hits Lionel Atwill in the face…and it falls off).

She was also cited in the sit-com **Maude** in the mid-70s, when it was revealed that Maude’s husband (Bill Macy) was infatuated with her.

The original Kong model was about 14 inches.

Still, not many women can brag about getting 14 inches.

Well, since the average gorilla penis is [3cm](https://www.theguardian.com/science/2010/may/06/women-penis-size), extrapolating it from a 6-ft gorilla to a 30-ft Kong would make it 15cm, a size Miss Wray could accommodate, I’m sure.
