Paying for gas today got me thinking about the California energy crisis of a few years ago, and how Pat Robertson was going to fix it all by opening up an oil refinery. Whatever happened to his plan? A quick google turned up various lawsuits, court delays and such but nothing definitive on where things stand today. Does anyone besides Pat himself know?
