# Whatever happened to the show Endgame

For those not familiar, it was a [Canadian show](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endgame_(TV_series)) about an agoraphobic chess master who helps support his lavish lifestyle by doing some eclectic detective work - while at the same time trying to solve the murder of his fiancee.

That may sound like something of a mishmash, but after watching several episodes, I have to say I’m really enjoying it. And apparently a lot of folks agreed with me since they’re still trying to get it renewed even after it’s not so stellar run on Hulu.

I wanted to post this to see if there were any fans here and get some thoughts but preferably no spoilers since I’m not even halfway through the series.

It was a great show. Unfortunately, it’s ratings were terrible and it didn’t get renewed for a second season.
