What?..I don’t even know if that’s a joke…I’m just going to believe that it is. Anyway, even at my poorest I was able to find a way to make ends meat. ---

I rarely do the classic 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, 2 pieces toast so there is really no urge for lovely perfect strips of bacon - we use them for flavoring, or crumbles on salads or whatever, hence using the lumpy odd bits.
