# What's A Song You Love Mainly For The Lyrics?

I admire you. My goal in life is to once sing Dylan’s “Subterranean Homesick Blues” (already mentioned in this thread) in one go without stumbling. Can you do too?

The first and only time I ever did karaoke in public (at a writers’ conference last year) I did this one. Got through it without messing up once. I was quite proud of myself. It’s a fun one, but if you get lost you’re kind of hosed until the chorus.

I’ve managed the Dylan one a few times but I don’t know it as well as I do the Weird Al “Bob” parody, which is up there in my top ten favorite goofy songs.

My own karaoke challenge is if someone can get me altered enough to do _Paradise By The Dashboard Light_ jumping back and forth to do both the parts AND the middle baseball commentary. That’s always good for a laff.
