Care to lay odds for when the member # will hit 200,000? I estimate almost exactly 10,000 members per year, so we’d be about 10 months out at the most right now. But the recent wave of spammers means the recent yearly average is likely higher than that. So June of next year?
I am duly impressed. Unless, of course, that includes 4,700 bots and socks who were promptly killed. 
Not quite so bad. We ban around 20-25 spammers a day, or around 1200-1500 in 60 days, so our “real” active membership excluding spammers is more like 3300-3600.
So how many of those banned spammers actually plunk down the cash for paid membership, only to get banned? Does this special revenue fund the mod coffee cups, jackboots, and hidden hookers and blow parties?

I highly doubt that any spammer has paid for a membership.
Which is, of course, exactly what you’d expect me to say, to keep the revenue stream flowing for the hookers and blow.
If I had a nickel for every spammer I’ve banned, I’d sure have a shitload of nickels. 
But no, spammers, socks, and trolls unfortunately never pay for membership.
