I once heard on NPR an interview with a woman who had worked professionally as both a brain surgeon and a rocket scientist. She confirmed that brain surgery was indeed the more difficult of the two.

Starting that second try at a problem that drove you to full-bore gold-braided hair-tearing despair the first time.
