Vulcan. Look at the ears sheeple!!
Now I can’t stop hearing this thread as “What’s. His. Ethnicity!?!?” chant a la the opening to Wheel of Fortune. I would have guessed Pashtun or Hazara myself, or just generally Persian-influenced Central Asian.
I hope the OP comes back, as I’m curious what the reason for this question is.
OK, I’ll guess: Afghani with a hefty dose of Macedonian (from Alexander the Great or one of his troops.)
Dutch-Irish. His father was from Wales.
Paraguayan. A mix of Guaraní and German.
Actually started this thread because I really don’t know myself.
Saw him in a post about Indians & Pakistanis but I’m pleasantly surprised a few of you guessed Afghani, which does seem the most likely
I’m guessing Iranian.
(by the way, is this some sort of game, and you’ll eventually tell us, or you don’t know yourself?)
Yeah. He’s one very good looking guy.
^^ psst
He reminds me of Trinidad and Tobago born Canadian journalist Ian Hanomansing.
** shoulders **GrumpyBunny **out of the way **
Because they are both smoking hot. Agreed. ![]()
Some DNA would help…
No idea. Does “gorgeous” count as an ethnicity?
Barsoomian.
Oh no you don’t! :D:cool:
He is identified on a thread http://s1.zetaboards.com/anthroscape/topic/5512803/2/about beauties and handsome men as a Jat(t). The larger photo looks like a picture of two of them, but either it’s photoshopped or they are the most identical twins I’ve ever seen. North Indian/Pakistani. There’s got to be a Norwegian in the woodwork somewhere- those guys didn’t wear pants but they were always leaving their genes behind ![]()
Dear GrumpyBunny, I’m really sorry, but my hands and feet were registered in Philadelphia in 1970. You’ll just have to get in line. Though maybe I might get distracted by some of the Swedes…
Interesting. In the thread linked to by The Holdsworth Effect, some people try to argue that he is from Himachal Pradesh. But there are Jats in Himachal Pradesh, aren’t there? Aren’t the Chaudhary related to the Jats somehow?
Its often futile to differentiate Indian-Pakistani-Bangladeshi people, or people of different states of India as they all essentially same people. Vast majority of Pakistanis and Bangladeshi are converts from Hinduism, (Iranis and Iraqis are coverts from Zoroastrianism)
For ex. , my grandparents migrated from present-day pakistan during partition. I have a Hindu name and when I google my last name, all Hindus in search results are Indians and all muslims are Pakistanis . As their generations have descended, the pakistanis/bangladeshis often replace their last names with a generic muslim name such as Mohammad or Ali or khan etc…
Even within Indian states, its often impossible to ascertain which state does the person come from, just by how he/she looks. For ex. all these cricketers come from Indian state of Maharashtra -
tendulkarkambliankolapawaragarkarkuruvila
Likewise both these cricketers come from Tamilnadu -
BalajiVijay
He came from the Punjab. He is the human aspect of The Hindu God Hanuman, Monkey God, and Hero of the Ramayana. He is an attractive man but he has a furry monkey tail.
