# What's really in a Shamrock Shake?

Kopps. In fact, I arranged the logistics at work today so a delivery would take me right past there (and offered to take said delivery). And of course a bunch of people say “You just want that to deliver that so you can go to Kopps”..“Umm, yup”

I’ll be at Kopps in about an hour for my manhole sized greasy burger and an Irish Mint Shake.

People shouldn’t be surprised by the 800 calories, heavily sweetened foods are extremely energy dense per most standard serving sizes. A cup of full fat ice cream can be over 340 calories, a cup of chopped chicken breast or beef will be much lower per volume.
