# What's that cool song in the movie "Zulu"?

No, not _Men of Harlech_, I found that one easily enough. I’m talking about that beautiful, haunting, sad song that the Zulu warriors sang just before their final charge. Was it a suicide mission song? Or possibly it was a song designed to fascinate and then oppress the spirits of those they were about to attack.

I’m having no luck Googling it up. Does anyone else know?

Yep, that’s it. But it’s not an aggressive attack kind of song; it’s obviously something different. The note under that youtube clip says that the song is to “honor those who’ll be killed in the upcoming battle”. Maybe I’ll have to be satisfied with that.
