# What's the best song off of "Around the Sun"?

Nearing the end with a pretty worthless album. If “Leaving New York” had been by Maroon 5 or somebody it might have made me think they didn’t completely suck, but from R.E.M. it was just more evidence of decline. I don’t think I’ve even listened to the whole thing more than twice. Quite the piece of shit. Still, I went with “Leaving New York” out of desperation.

The first R.E.M. album I didn’t buy when it came out. I voted for the single because it’s the only song I know and it wasn’t terrible.

I’m interested to see what everyone has to say about the next one, _Accelerate._
