Those aren’t cups; they are pouches. Silky might seem nice, but in the long run, lifting and separating is comfortable. ---

I second getting a professional fit. And looking for a bra with padded hooks. Hook-less sports bras are for women who need precious little support to begin with. You may need to spend some serious money to get something that fits and is comfortable but it’ll be worth it.
