I maintain several accounts, but for years I have preferred the daily. I have no connection to the owner of the page and in fact I have avoided ever contributing to his site when he does his annual “support me” gig. I actually feel a bit bad about it, but we all have our economic situations to deal with. My choice above all others is [www.thedaily.com/bikini.html](http://www.thedaily.com/bikini.html). Scantily clad women arent everyone’s cup of tea or are appropriate for the workplace, but the pics are always fresh, the links interesting, and the static links take you everywhere from one spot. It is a brilliantly composed page. he has others with scenery or pets that work well for your mom or for the workplace. But the pleasant neutral color, tasteful feminine images, random link offerings and immense reference link launch point make this my fav. He needs a SD link though. Anyone else have a worthy favorite start page? ---

My start page is an HTML file on my computer. It has links to Google, SDMB, e-mail and a few other sites I use every day. ---

Anywhere else in The Straight Dope I mean. As an added benefit it always loads instantly no matter what else the traffic elsewhere.
