All these craven toadies trying to steal my praise That aside, it is somewhat depressing that all these folks say they have various ways to heap praise on Dopers yet my in tray is empty. Well, apart from all those nasty letters from Mods. ---

Heat up a large frying pan, place the member in the pan and quickly sear the meat. Take the seared member and transfer her/him to a large pot and cover with about 3 to 4 cups of water. Cover and simmer for about an hour, then serve. The leftover fluid can be used to make gravy. ---

White whine is the key, IMHO. To the OP, you can Raise a Member using a simple ritual involving a cigar, some rum, and some puffer fish extract (a few other easily obtained articles as well)…or, try porn. That sometimes works in raising members… (If it’s me, then small monetary gifts, single malt scotch and fine Cuban cigars graciously rolled between the legs of overly endowed and scantily clad love muffins would be appreciated ;)) ---
