This looks like something Opal put together. (She’s often done nice things like this, as a friend to the Straight Dope. Opal’s 3F empire is an adjunct to the SD but is operated by Opal.) There’s no “official” place to post pictures and I don’t see us getting one any time soon; it’s taking all we got to keep this site going as is. Sorry. your humble TubaDiva Administrator ---

She posted my picture and maybe 40 others, but I’ve lost the link. The one I saved says it’s not available. I’ve sort of lost track of her project. **[SDMB MEN!!!](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=24688)** But when I push the link I get “HTTP Error 404. 404 Not Found” I know she said it was overwhelming just to get all the picures downloaded, as they are often sent straight as received from Kodak, huge and hi-res. ---

I think techchick took down the pages after Wally’s death. I suspect that given the fairly emotionally sensitive state of the boards recently she didn’t feel it was appropriate. ---

That’s a good idea to have pictures. We should all do it. I have a picture on my school’s site I can email, I think.
