He comes up with cool ideas for threads and billions and billions of dopers respond. I come up with a cool idea for a thread and I get one response from a guy in Peoria with a spell checker. :rolleyes: ---

I dunno, he’s probably tight with Space Aliens who give him his cool ideas, or project thoughts into people’s minds to answer his posts. Maybe we’d be better off lining our hats with tin foil. ---

It could be Aha’s ability to brown-nose better than any of you! That and he is a washed up rock star. Who I support indirectly by calling the Oldies radio station here in town and ask them to play “Western Union” by the five americans. At 5 cents a song I reckon he has made… um…$2.40 off my requests so far. SO, what ahve you learned? Be a brown-nose. Do something amazing and famous and milk it for what it is worth (worked for Darva COnger). Oh and become good friends with Ultress would not hurt. Osip ---

Everyone who responds to Aha’s threads is a sockpuppet! So is everyone who “welcomes” him onto the SDMB. Guy’s a loser! No one actually likes him, that’s WHY he has so many sockpuppets. Hmmmm well now let’s see. Could it be that what you think is a clever and interesting thread to start is not thought to be clever and interesting by other Dopers? Anyone can post a thread, as you can well observe from the board. Most dopers will open and read the threads, but most won’t post. Why is that? Because most of the dopers realize that we are out to fight ignorance and rather than just post a stupid, meaningless response just to up their post count or to increase your thread count, they simply bypass the thread. Then you have other dopers that will post to any and everything they can, as you can observe by post count, and in doing so they lose their credibility on the board. Everyone knows they are going to respond to just about every thread in some meaningless way, so dopers stop reading their posts. The age of the doper community is also wide-range. It’s hard to appeal to the mass. Everyone has started threads with only a few responses. It’s just the way of the board. And yep, my best friend aha does get a lot of responses, mainly because he’s about the funniest poster on the board, as many would agree, he can make you laugh. ---
