# What's the deal with all of those hubcaps leaning up agianst telephone poles?

I have done this myself.

e street lights just cycle on and off. It is normal. The phenomenon is a UL or **pseudoscience**.

Yes, but also, some bikes get stripped of the good stuff by thieves and the lock is jammed, so the owner just gives up on it.
