Wife and I were at a nude beach on Lake Tahoe. An aquaintance of ours had a boat on the lake which we took a ride to the the middle of the lake, so I’d guesstimate about 3 or 4 miles from the beach. ---

I fell and broke my leg many years ago. They had to cut my jeans off, although they allowed me to take my top off myself. They were discarded. So I was separated from a wearable bottom half of my clothing by about 3 miles, at least until my mother arrived with some reinforcements. ---

A mile or so. It was a pretty big nudist camp. ---

I was having heart surgery on one floor, and my clothes were in a closet on a different floor. That’s probably about as far as I’ve been separated from my duds. ---

Sure I was covered to some extent by a sheet, but does that count as clothing? My clothes were back in the room, perhaps on another floor altogether. ---

Same here, though I couldn’t tell you where or exactly how far the OR was in relation to the changing room, since I had to remove my contact lenses as well as my clothes and couldn’t see a damn thing while they were wheeling my gurney down the halls.
