There is a thread at a board on AOL that has had over 70,000 posts, though it kept getting cropped by AOL. I think the board might actually be gone now, too. ---

I’m interested in this too. Any of the mods know what the longest SDMB thread was? (And though I recall at least one “let’s create the longest thread ever!”, I think they should be disqualified.). ---

IIRC, Guy Stuff was the longest with The Last Word coming in a close second. Sorry, no links ---

the name has little to do with anything other than my mood around the time I chose it, I was dealing with retards at work and working ot to boot, kinda puts you off after a few months of that kind of stuff. ---

Ok, thanks… just needed to check. Me, personally, I think the longest would have to be one of the “Bob gives out free xxxxx(sig lines, titles, horoscopes!” Those always go totally out of hand… hehehehe
