14 years. I had a kidney infection that kept me down and out for 2 weeks in 2001. Next was norovirus in 2015.
Now, injuries are a whole 'nother story. I am a master of injuring myself.
I’m only counting “sick-in-bed” events, as noted. I had plenty of colds including sinus infections and bronchitis and lots of belly bugs, but they didn’t stop me from doing my normal stuff.
But yes, getting sick with a cold or something 0-1 times a year is about normal for me, if I’m not getting used to a new environment.
