# What's the longest you've gone without pooping?

Yup, same here. It was the 2nd day of week five for me before I pooped. So, including zero week, it would have been two days shy of 6 weeks. Everyone but prior service think I’m full of shit. (see what I did there?)

Normally, I’m a once a day guy. But, even after 6 weeks, I didn’t feel bound up and really didn’t poop much.
