On my way home in the dusk last night and I was passed by an RX-7 with a big wing affixed to the rear of it. Very surprised to see it out on a cold, winter evening with salt on the pavement and snow around. I hope I get to see it in the daylight. ---

Saw an early ‘50s Hudson Hornet, in good condition, being driven. Not sure I’ll ever see that again, unless the owner lives nearby and drives it frequently. ---

I saw the new mid-engine Corvette for the first time in the wild today, in the same blue as in the first picture [here](https://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/a31976328/2021-c8-mid-engine-corvette-updates-report/). I only got a quick glimpse as it was heading toward me. Amazing looking car! I wish I could afford one and could take it to the track. ---

Not the first time I’ve seen it but I saw it again tonight and thought of this thread. There’s a truck in my neighborhood, newer 3/4T, 4X4 crew cab. Dodge I believe. Lift kit. The weird thing is that it has really small wheels and tires. I’ve seen this phenomena before but it’s always some clapped out former monster truck where you can kind of tell that the owner has decided that it’s no longer worth the money to buy the big off road tires so they put the original rims and tires back on, appearances be damned. This truck though, is new and shiny and well kept. Apparently the owner thinks this is a good look. It ain’t. ---

It was red. I don’t know what it was, but in a lot full of white, silver, or black “I don’t know what they weres,” it stood out. It was probably a sedan of some sort. ---

Yesterday I saw nine Teslas; seven white, one blue, and one red. Tesla’s aren’t unusual up here, but this was the first time I’ve seen a truckload of them instead of being driven. ---
