I was in an AT&T commercial that ran for a year and a half. I made $47,000 from it.

I spent 3 weeks in Colombia.

I drove round trip to/from Kansas City MO via Yellowstone, Seattle, Olympic Peninsula, then the coast highway, including Highway 1 in California. I slept on the beach most nights. I stayed in motels only when it was too cold to sleep out.

There was also the time I spent on [The Brendan.](http://www.emeraldrose.com/Photos/Ireland06/Ireland06-Pages/Image15.html) Very exciting.

[QUOTE=Br’er Lapin]
No, it was a place called [Desert Shadows](http://www.desertshadows.com) (main page is SFW, links are not). It, too, was beatiful and a little quiet. Our group actually wasn’t “allowed” to leave the resort, although I hear there’s not much to do in the area anyhow.

The food was fantastic, too. 🙂

We’ve been wanting to check that place out.

We actually got “shushed” at the Terra Cotta Inn. We weren’t being rowdy or drunken - just playing an exceptionally rough and tumble game of backgammon (I was down about $500) by the pool and I made a comeback to win the game. I celebrated a little too loudly I suppose because the staff asked that I hold it down.

But, as you said, the food was great and the setting spectacular.
