I believe it’s _[O Fortuna](http://www.auburn.edu/~bertocr/Fortuna.html)_, the opening (and closing) piece from _Carmina Burana_ by Carl Orff. Not sure if it was actually used in _The Omen_ or whether they just used music like it. It’s not satanic at all.
