It’s like meat and egg pressed together into a solid, and it comes in a tub with brown gravy from Bamboo Hut (at least from there that’s how it comes…) Anyone know? I think it has _yung_ in the title. ---

Hey guys- Wikipedia’s article on Egg foo yung is pathetic. Anybody wanna go fix it up? Google images doesn’t have a picture of Egg foo yung as it comes from the chinese place (or at least, from the chinese place I used to get it from, when it came in a tub surrounded by brown gravy)- the few pics Google has of it show it as just the omelette without the gravy. Man, it’s almost as if no one has done a scientific study of this fascinating subject! And you know what else? I don’t think there are any 24 hour Chinese food deliveries in Falls Church. Shit!!!
