The motivation of the vociferous campaign against Drones is that they’re effective and have got Extreme Islamists crapping themselves .

If there are ordinary people knowingly, as opposed to Terrorist Safe houses , in the proximity then they are either "encouraged " to move elsewhere, or they tend to disappear .
Anyone who shelters, feeds, supplies, finances, supplies with information a terrorist group, is a Terrorist Logistics soldier in just the same way that someone who supplies the same services in a conventional army is also a soldier.
Somebody murdered by a beardless 13 year old suicide bomber, or an attractive young female suicide bomber, is just as dead as somebody shot by a grizzled 60 year old veteran male guerrilla fighter.
