The answer: have law enforcement do a ‘wellness’ check on him.

I can imagine it going like this:

Cop: sir, your neighbors are concerned, are you well?

Black man: Yes officer, thank you for your concern but I am perfectly well.

Cop: really? Well, we will get right on fixing that for you.

Pow pow pow pow pow ----------\> dead.
