Personal Faves:

Single Malt Scotch - Highland Park, The Glenlivet, Aberlour.

Blended Scotch - Chivas Regal

Bourbon - Woodford Reserve

Tennessee Whiskey - Jack Daniels (great all around Whiskey)

Canadian Whisky - Never yet had a good one

Irish Whiskey - All pretty bland, at least compared to Scotch

Suntory - Try their vodka

If you order _any_ “short” drink in an English pub it’s standard procedure to be asked whether you want ice in it. My guess is that if you wanted ice with your whisky in America you’d ask for “Scotch on the rocks”? Don’t try and kid me that’s an English expression.😉
