I’ve googled about a bit, but can only find past newspaper articles discussing this as a future maybe for California. Is anybody in the know about how this proposed law is coming along? We’re considering purchasing Honda’s hybrid and this will help us make up our minds. Thanks for any info.

A coworker drives a car powered by natural gas and she can use the diamond lane. However, her car carries a big sticker on the side identifying it as such a vehicle.
