Grelby, you take back what you said about Ladyhawke or I’ll . . . never mind, you just take it back!!! Rutger Hauer may be known for doing horror movies, but this was the movie that put him on the map, as far as I was concerned. Okay, so it’s a chick flick, but it’s my favorite chick flick, so there!!! ---

_Superman II_? With the three Kryptonian villians? That was alright, not as good as the first one, but no dog. Now _Supes III_ with Richard Pryor – burn that mother! Speaking of superhero movies – _Batman and Robin_. I almost went to the emergency room and requested Epicac after seeing that. Here’s kinda obscure one – _Treasure of the Four Crowns_. It was made during the “renaissance” of 3-D movies in the early 80s. This one was one of those “throw everything at the camera films” – even when the character was sticking a key in a doorlock, the key is coming right at us! What, this is the keyhole view? Sure, I always kneel down and put my head right in front of the doorknob! :rolleyes: Another obscure one, and thankfully so: _Death Ship_. A horro movie so bad I fell asleep during it. The only actor I can remember is George Kennedy. And, one for the Sucky Movie Hall O’Fame: _Can’t Stop The Music!_ Run, children, run! ---

It has to be _Dune_. The 1984, David Lynch version. I first saw this on a transatlantic flight. I had previously read the book, so I knew it was a fairly complex plot. The film made it worse. Knowing that the in-flight versions of movies are frequently edited, I watched the film again at the cinema. It wasn’t any better. ---

_Superman III_ was a masterpiece compared to the craptacular crapfest known as _Superman IV: The Quest for Peace._ The first time you see it, you’ll wonder if it is a low-budget Bollywood (India film production) rip-off. But no, it’s the real deal, alas… ---

90% of thesse titles are Oscar winners compared to _The Other Sister_. I hope some executive lost their job green-lighting that one. It’s big-budget, well-produced, and happens to be the most offensive thing I’ve ever watched. I can’t believe there weren’t angry protests. Go rent whatever movie you think is the worst, and _The Other Sister_, watch them back-to-back, and get back to me. **MyFootsZZZ** , you didn’t like _Bongwater_? I thought that movie was absolutely hilarious! (Except for that one disturbing scene when she’s in NYC). The “coded” voice messages that play over the end credits alone is worth the price of admission. ---

**The worst movies I’ve ever seen would have to be Jeepers Creepers, Mimic, and Spectre. Spectre was a B-movie, but the other two are tragically less obscure. Species 2 ranks pretty high up there…** ---

Mimic isn’t that bad. Boring, fairly stupid, and chock-full of bad science, yes, but it’s not of the same calibre as, say, Wing Commander. I’ve had the misfortune of sitting through that piece of trash. The digitized acting in the _games_ was better, and so was the script. ---

I’m a huge fan of crappy 50’s sci fi, so films like **Matango, fungus of terror** or **Robot Monster** actually make it onto my favourite movie lists. For sheer mind numbing boredom I’d nominate **Last Year at Marienbad** , unbelievably pretentious and a movie that convinced me that basing a film on a philosophical premise was a veery bad idea. 1,000 amens for **Armageddon**. Worst movie ever. I’ll throw in a bit of support for **Copland** though. I only saw it once, and it’s been several years, but I don’t remember it being that bad. ---

I literally had to watch it _four_ times before I could stay awake through the whole 90 minutes in one sitting. It was not worth it. _Plan 9_ was a walk in the park by comparison. **Urban Legend** was awful. No words can describe the sickening idiocy. **The Blair Witch Project** really sucked too. I can’t believe we wasted $2.95 on pay-per-view for this elephant turd. I would have gotten more of a shock from a 9 volt battery. ---

**Highlander:Endgame** My ex rented this because he’d watched all the others. It was bad, but not as bad as the other wretched film he rented: **Beowolf** If there’s more than one, the latest one. Eye of the Beholder \*\* (What the hell was the _point_ of this movie? I refuse to watch it again to try to figure it out. **Dumb & Dumber** An ex (different from the one above) took me to see this … I thought it was horrible. I didn’t so much as crack a smile the whole time. **Halloween III: Season of the Witch** In my defense, I only rented it because I like that song (yes, by Donovan). I can’t believe I actually watched the whole thing. Oh, and they never played the damn song! The last **Hellraiser** flick was pretty foul as well. My list might be longer, but I haven’t (thankfully!) seen a lot of the movies listed in the thread. ---
