Never had one inside a nostril, so my vote is for inside the ear. Styes ain’t no fun either. Had several in a row in junior high, alternating eyelids each time. ---

Right in the bit where your nose meets your cheek. Just can’t squeeze 'em! Those subcutecus(sp?) cysts _down below_ are annoying too. ---

I had three of the edge of the lip zits in one week. Horrible. And I am one of those people who when I have something like that, I absolutely have to pick at it until it is gone. Which means that I was in some pain getting rid of them. They weren’t even the pussy zits, but the super-blackheads that absolutely _refuse_ to cooperate. ---

I managed to fully inside out a nostril with one hand, while helplessly trying to use two fingers from my right hand as a sophisticated popping device. I eventually got it, too–after three or four days of perfecting the technique. Actually, girly bits get third, now that I think about it. Second I’d have to award to the ear. I’ve had a giant, pulsating inner ear zit or six (once, I had on _in each ear simultaniously_–they popped within a day of each other after nearly a week of brewing. Anguish, tears). Lip ones are real bastards, too though…although the occasions I’ve had them they’ve always been easily poppable, thank God. ---

You think this thread is bad, **herownself** , you better avoid anything labelled TMI on this board. The one on my girly bits hurt like a MF. It was on the inside of my right labia. How in HELL do you get a zit THERE? It was the most painful zit-pop I’ve ever had. The coolest was a huge one I found on, of all the places, my left elbow. This was a zit worthy of some people’s backs. It was most satisfying to pop, but it never came back. Drat. ---

I’ve never had an inner-nostril one or a girly-bits one, fortunately. That being the case, my vote goes to the deep painful ones that I used to get in the crease between the top of my ear and the scalp, right where my glasses rest. The weight of the glasses on the zit results in constant stabbing pain, and there’s just no way to get at the thing. Really bad. ---

Let’s see. The ones that hurt like hell AND are irritating are the ones I get in that little crack where my nose meets the rest of my face. They’re so painful and you can FEEL them, sitting there, getting bigger. I’ve gotten the lip pimples too, usually ingrown hairs that I don’t notice until I hit them with food. GAH! I also get HUGE zits on my back from time to time. I mean, lengendary, monstrous zits. And god, they hurt. Especially when they get to that painful, red skin covering half my back and it hurts to move phase. GAH! ---

Definitely girly-bits. Also, in between the butt cheeks and of course the ear. Also, on the scalp under the hair sucks because you look like a monkey eveytime you go to try to squeeze it or anything. ---

Appearance-wise, on the tip of the nose is the worse, because you look like Rudolph. Between the eyes takes second because of the ensuing Indian jokes. In fact, anything on the line-of-symmetry seems to draw a disproportionate amount of attention. ---

Inside the nostril, yes those are bad. I think the in the ears are a bit worst. But my most painful ones have been right on the side of what I call Big Wally. NOT a place that you want to squeeze. ---

I used “subterranean” to suggest the presence of those nasty critters from _Tremors_ lurking in the earth. That’s what a deep zit is like for me. Except it doesn’t move around. TMI - I had an ingrown nostril hair that finally poked out through the skin on the outside of my nose. After a painful tweezer yank on the thing my eyes watered so much it looked like I was crying. My immediate thought was that Inever wanted to do that again. ---
