Came out within the past ten years.

Contains lyrics along the lines of:
“And I’m driving in my car, and I don’t know who you are.”
“Who-oo-ever you are.”

Video looks like a traffic safety film from High School.

Any Ideas?

Are you thinking of

_All I want to do is thank you
even though I don’t know who you are
'cause you let me change lanes
while I was driving in my car_
