# What's up with the bags of dog crap left in the parks?

Really bad when it’s in church and the collection plate coming around when you reach into your pocket. Sometimes it takes real willposer to resist temptation…

The idiot kind. Around where I live, there seems to be a fashion for bagging it, then flinging the bagged shit into a bush or tree, where it snags and hangs festering for months or years.

I think part of the problem is that there are often penalties for not picking it up. People are self-conscious enough that they don’t want to be seen walking away from, and ignoring their shitting dog - so they bag it - but they still want minimal responsibility - so they fling the bag at the first moment they are certain they’re not being watched.
