# What's Up With The Los Angeles Arson?

The relative is his mother - who, the paper said this morning, has several fraud charges pending in Germany. I guess this is a case, like Groucho as Rufus T. Firefly said, about sending the boy to this father and brothers who are waiting for him with open arms - in the penitentiary. The fires appear to have stopped, btw.
