When I view threads, there’s a little box about the bottom with a “Rate this Thread” dropdown. When I use it, it takes me to the “Metacom, you are not allowed to view this page” page. ---

It’s a vBulletin feature that is not enabled. It would allow you to vote on how interesting / useful / stupid a thread is, in your opinion. ---

It’s not supposed to show up for anyone. But the programmers did so in a rather slipshod way: They left it in the HTML, but with an instruction to the browser not to show it. So if you have a browser that doesn’t understand that instruction, you’ll see it. ---
