I renewed on May 6, for two years. Yesterday I received a notice my sub was about to expire and I’d lose my Charter Member status. So I replied, I had renewed on the 6th, please double check and confirm it had been applied. Instead of a response confirming this, today I got another notice my sub was about to expire and I’d lose my CM title. So, I’ll repeat my request here. Can someone please confirm it went through, (I received an email receipt, that it did, on the 6th!), BEFORE I lose my title ! I repeat, what’s going on here? Anyone? ---

All the best, Straight Dope Message Board Being typically suspicious, I simply went and logged into SDMB and to the user page and resubscribed from there.
