I’m a bloke, and I did this as a kid. Barefoot, flat feet, ankles fallen inwards, and my lower legs naturally bow in a shape that locks together when I stood with my legs crossed.
I don’t do it much now because (a) I am embarresed, and (b) I worried that it contributed to the bow-shaped lower legs
I think that perhaps the approved male equivalent is to lean on/against something. I don’t think that’r a ‘proper’ look for guys either, but perhaps leaning against things is even more wrong for girls? (The “traditional” pose for street walkers is standing on one foot, leaning against something?)
