My musical tastes seem to have become seasonal in recent years. This time of year I’m listening to a lot of: Canterbury sound groups (Caravan, etc.); Jethro Tull; Assorted Shoegaze/Dreampop; Moody Blues; Jefferson Airplane; Traffic; Early Black Sabbath; Led Zeppelin; Rainbow

What you spinning/streaming this time of year?

The Canadian band Stars. I listen to them all year, but a lot of their music has a winter vibe. Such as “The North” and “What the Snowman Learned About Love.”

I’ll check them out! Have you ever happened upon a Canadian band called A Northern Chorus? Their music is very winter vibe.
