I have that song “caught you in the morning with another one in my bed. Don’t you care about me anymore? Don’t you care about me? I don’t think so. Six foot tall came without a warning so I had to shoot him dead …”. Every time I turn on the radio it’s playing so it never goes away. I googled it and it is called “Wake Up Call”. I thought it was sung by James Blunt, I’m sure the DJ said so, but it appears it’s actually Maroon 5. That’s sad because I kind of liked them but now they must die for this song. Who’s with me? I guess I really should keep a CD in my car to prevent this sort of thing. ---

I followed a link for the nerdy/geeky song thread to Jonathan Coulton’s website. My SO, the supageek, fell in love with the song ‘Code Monkey’. The dance he was doing to it SERIOUSLY belongs on YouTube. It is a catchy great fun song. So what did the sumbitch do this morning while I was getting ready to go to work? (I mean I had a perfectly nice ‘Strawberry Fields’ stuck in my head from watching Across the Universe again.) He plays Code Monkey at full blast. I’ve been humming it all day.
