But what I made sure to bring enough of from Spain was asparagus and stuffed red peppers. I’m out of cod-stuffed and ham-stuffed, got salmon-stuffed and squid-stuffed left. And I did right, the asparagus here are immorally expensive. And Chinese (which doesn’t mean the company isn’t owned by a Spaniard).

Most used vegetable would be onions. We also ALWAYS have corn on hand, and some type of frozen vegetable (right now I think it’s Teriyaki mixed vegetables from the Jolly Green guy - and a bag of brocolli) and when I can afford it, we get asparagus.
Kid2U will only eat brocolli and corn so we always have those.
Potatoes, not so much. I will only eat them two ways and both are far too time consuming - so if someone wants potatoes, they tend to be outta luck.
