Thats a tough question, but to give a simple answer to a simple question I would have to say Metallica. No other band has given me the amount of pleasure that I have gotten listening to Metallica. ---

My God, my GOD! Never heard of Rammstein? What sort of a society are we living in? 😃 German industrial metal. I’m surprised you haven’t heard Du Hast if you listen to stations that play Fuel jarbaby ---

Motorhead. I still can’t believe Metallica has had all the success they’ve had while the 'Head still toils away in relative obscurity. Their output since 1991 blows away _Load_ and _Re-Load_. ---

Ooh, toughie. The **Einstürzende Neubauten** at the moment (well, for the last couple of months… Lots of moments, I guess.). Gotta like their pretentious, spooky (not Rammstein-rumbly-spooky, more like aetherial-ghostly-spooky) lyrics and unusual instruments. Plus, two of their more recent songs showed up in _The Island of Dr. Moreau_, possibly the coolest film I’ve seen in a while. ---

My sister likes Pearl Jam. Anyone else know who they are? I only know about them because I have to try and drown out their music from my sister’s room right next to mine with Fuel all day long. It can get pretty scary at times. ---

Da’Cook, don’t worry not a lot of people know, or at least listen to EN, so i really wouldn’t put them in the pop culture folder. As far as favorite bands go, i’d have to narrow it down to at least 3. **EN** (cause i’m not gona bother in spelling the entire name out), **NIN** , and **VnV Nation**. ---
