My all time favorite cereal is Peanutbutter Captain Crunch. But it tears up the inside of my mouth. My favorite that doesn’t mutilate me is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I also like it as an ice cream topping, crunched up. My favorite adult type cereal is Special K Vanilla Almond. ---

I like this one brand of generic fruit loops the best because (TMI) the dyes turn my poop this bizarre olive-green color. ---

There was a honey flavoured shredded wheat for a while. I loved those. I haven’t seen them in a while though. Recently I’ve been eating harvest crunch with raisins quite a bit. i’d have to say that’s my favorite. ---

A WalMart near me had a 4-grain generic cereal that I love - but last time I went there, they didn’t have it. I am not happy about that. I also like plain corn flakes, or corn chex. I don’t like any sugared cereals - they’re always too sweet. ---

Kashi Go Lean. My husband turned me onto it when he was on a health kick. He hated it and I loved it. It’s very crunchy. I eat it with plain yogurt. I also like plain Corn Flakes. And Raisin Bran. ---

I used to love Golden Grahms, but the box kept getting smaller, and the price higher, until it was something like 12 bucks a pound, so now I get Generic artificial flavored Fruit 'O’s. ---

If you’re talking about Post [Honey Nut Shredded Wheat,](http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/HealthyLiving/PostHealthyClassics/shredded_wheat.htm) not only is it available around here, but it’s one of the brands I purchase. My favorite cereal, however, is Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats (either the “white sugar” or Maple & Brown Sugar variety). ---

Frosted Flakes (they’re gr-r-r-reat!). But I never eat them, because we really don’t need a bunch of sugary cereal in the house. My other favorite is Special-K. Just plain Special-K. No red berries, not fruit & yogurt, just the cereal, thank you. ---

I’m a big fan of Cranberry Almond Crunch, with Triple Berry Cherrios coming in a close second. (I prefer cereals that don’t have a single overwhelming taste.
