# What's your favorite cuisine?

I like ethnic food of all types. But really, for me, the food that satisfies is best classified as northern Germanic. Lotsa fat, lotsa cabbage, lotsa stews, lotsa meat.

I have nothing against French cuisine, but I’ve eaten at French restaurants a few times, and I can’t see what the big deal is.

Lots of good ideas here. But if it’s all I get to eat, I choose good and good for me (AFAIK): Southeast Asian - Thai and Vietnamese.
