# What's your favorite "I told you so" moment?

I told my roommate, right after I’d met him, that the guy she was interested in was just weird and did not seem stable. This was not, I told her, a guy she even wanted to be friends with, because something is wrong with him.

A few months later he tried to commit suicide in front of her by throwing himself head-first out of a moving car at sixty miles an hour. Six months after that he was simultaneously trying to patch things up with my roommate and secretely sleeping with my roommates closest friend.

My roommate walked in one day, looked at me, and said, “You were so, so right about [emotionally unstable freak-job].”
