YouTube yanked the video I linked to. The part I was talking about involved one of the officers – I can only assume the maker of the video dubbed in his own voice – saying that Wesley Crusher had been put in the shuttle just like Picard ordered. Picard and Wesley share a brief exchange, then Picard orders phasers to be locked on target. Worf fires, and the audio is spliced to have him say, “The boy has been destroyed.” The part that got it yanked is no doubt the next section, where Crusher’s head is pasted onto the body of a naked woman playing with her enormous breasts. ---

I’m still just gobsmacked that there’s a such a thing as a commerically-produced washing machine (actually, it’s more like a dishwasher) for cats - I could understand how a hobbyist might cobble together a contraption to do it, but I just can’t see how this one made it past the R&D stage in this form without somone noticing the distress and sheer panic it causes - did they only test it on soft toys or something? ---

Dear me! I finally got through the entire thread! I had to bookmark it and keep coming back to it. Many many of the clips I really enjoyed, and it was interesting to see what people liked. One my favorites is [this](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ch3EBUCaUmI) clip. I discovered it when looking for information about a song in a movie. I like it because it’s in Italian (I study Italian), but I think it’s also just a fun song to listen to. Similarly [this one](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcJ0GnaHYhI). (I don’t _think_ they are Italian, but the song is and they seem to understand the lyrics).
