I usually go to SparkChess: [http://www.sparkchess.com/](http://www.sparkchess.com/). I have heard of other chess sites though. If I want a quick game, I can use the Chess Titans program that came with Windows 7. 🙂 ---

By far my favourite, despite the fact it’s hardly ever updated any more, is Tim Krabbe’s Chess Curiosities - he writes well, and explores weird stuff that happens in chess, including a lot of theory and historical research. ---

That’s it! Thanks for finding the link - I thought it was blocked for me at work, but actually it appears not. Shame he doesn’t update it so frequently any more.
