In Manhattan: 1. Open a Popeye’s around 86th, around Lex-3rd. Why I didn’t bother: I love Popeye’s, like once every 6 months but don’t want to be a merchant of fat greasy death food. A Popeye’s did ultimately open up on 3rd ave. but got shut down by the health authorities. :eek: 2. Open a Chipotle around that same area or around the York/1st Ave. hospital zone around 68th st. Why I didn’t bother: Chipotle doesn’t franchise, but they thanked me for the suggestion anyway. I have no idea how to run a food place anyway. Still no [Upper east side](http://www.chipotle.com/restaurants/map.asp?city=&state=&zip=10028)Chipotle, which I find extremely odd. ---

My plan involves drawing. It paid the rent this month. Wait wait guys, I got it! A postal coupon in Europe costs a penny. However, it’s redeemable in America for a dime’s worth of stamps. I’m going to buy a lot of coupons, trade them in for stamps, sell the stamps, and get 9 cents for every penny I have. It’s so great I won’t even need investors.
